Supply and delivery of One (1) 69kV Circuit Breaker and One (1) 69kV Circuit Recloser. Interested suppliers desiring a copy of the Bid Forms and Contract Documents must obtain them by emailing c.wettstein@eps-ed.com to get the documents and to be placed on the Planholder's List. Suppliers who are not on the Planholder's List will be disqualified from bidding. Technical questions should be directed to the Engineer by calling 715-933-8033 or by email at d.krause@epsed.com. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A pre-Bid conference will not be held. Spooner Municipal Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Utility.
