Coeur d'Alene Park Irrigation Materials - South Half. Question Deadline 08/13/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Submit all questions through at online. The City of Spokane is seeking bids for Irrigation Lateral Pipe, Fittings & Heads to be used by the Parks Department for the Coeur d'Alene Park Irrigation Project - South Half. All products on this bid will be purchased outright (rather than ordered by value blanket). Lead time will be significant factor in award determination. Award of this business may be split between multiple suppliers and will be subject to Park Board approval. 13. The City reserves the right to award this business in a manner that is most advantageous to the continued efficient operation of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive minor deviations from the specifications, to waive minor informalities in Bid process whenever it is in the City's best interest, and to accept or reject all or part of this Request for Bids, at the prices shown. 14. State contracts where applicable will be considered as a bid. The City Council shall provide final award of contract or purchase. Unsuccessful bidders will not automatically be notified of award results.
