Site work for a mixed-use development in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a library; and water / sewer project.
The library is looking for quotes to replace three heat pumps in a geothermal system at the Kilton Public Library. The existing heat pumps are fourteen years old, and are reaching the end of their expected life. They are supplemented by a small propane boiler. The geothermal system as it is currently set up will not keep the building warm in a very cold winter without the supplemental heat from the propane boiler. Question Submission Deadline: September 20, 2024, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline: October 11, 2024, 5:00pm Substantial Completion: June 30, 2025 Final Completion and Acceptance: August 29, 2025 The successful Bidder shall execute a Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid Price The City of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any irregularity in Bidding.
