The scope of work generally consists of On Call Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Building Envelope, and Masonry Repairs, and Supplies for City and CSDNB Buildings This bid is to add more contractors to our existing list of on-call contractors from bid 4181. If you were awarded a place in bid 4181, you do not need to bid this Project. All questions and requests for Interpretation (RFIs) regarding this bid must be made in writing and emailed to Jarrod Cox, Facilities and Energy Manager, City of New Britain, at Jarrod.cox@newbritianct.gov by August 16, 2024. All RFIs will be answered via Addenda posted to the City of New Britain website no later than end of day August 19, 2024. The City reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids or any part of a bid presented.
