Grunthal Youth Drop-In Centre Inc. is inviting contractors to submit proposals to provide professional General Contractor Services related to a gym space addition and renovation to The DropZone, a youth drop-in centre serving the community of Grunthal. The project consists of both a new-build gym and renovations to the existing space. The new-build will include groundwork, site preparation, concrete, in-floor heating and boiler, installation, interior walls, flooring, framing (including rafters, sheeting, shingling, and windows), electrical, and plumbing. The General Contractor (GC) is responsible for completing all the work required to build a new gym and complete renovations to the existing space, as set out in the drawings in Appendix A. This includes, but is not limited to, all groundwork, site preparation, concrete, in-floor heating and boiler, installation, interior walls, flooring, framing (including rafters, sheeting, shingling, and windows), electrical and plumbing.
