This is notice the City of Regina (City) plans on releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the 11th Avenue Revitalization Project. The City will be seeking proposals from entities qualified and experienced in general contracting with significant experience in completing multidiscipline and comprehensive revitalization projects in a downtown urban setting. This project will consist of the supply and installation of multifaceted materials related to underground & surface infrastructure, streetscaping elements, and more along 11th Avenue between Albert Street and Broad Street. Estimated Schedule: Release of RFP: September 2024 Construction Start: May 2025 Construction End: October 2026 Please note this is not a Request for Proposals. It is a notice that there will be a Request for Proposals for this work posted on SaskTenders in the September 2024 timeframe.
