Sunset City Waterline Project PROJECT LOCATION: On the south side of 1800 North in Central Park from 250 West installing waterline to east across Central Park in Sunset City. DESCRIPTION OF BID WORK: The work includes furnishing ail labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services. required for construction of the abovd projeets; consisting of the following items of work: mobilization; obtaining all bonds .and insurance; furnishing & installing approximately 1,080-feet of 10-tnch pvc culinary waterline; gate valves*. furnishing & installing fire hydrants, and all appurtenant work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the. Engineer, CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, PLLC. ESTIMATE: The Engineer's Estimate of Cost for the total project is 332000 PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: Questions in regards to the proposed project shall be directed to the Engineer, as noted above. No drawing, specifications, product substitution and/or interpretations will be made unless noted with an "Addendum". PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting for this project will NOT BE HELD. The contractor is encouraged to visit the site BID SECURITY: Ail bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to: the. ordey of Owner noted herein.
