Roofing Repair Project The Division of Fisheries and Wildlife (MassWildlife) invites sealed bids for the roofing repair project at the Bitzer State Fish Hatchery, at 37 Hatchery Rd., Montague, MA 01351. This project involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for removal and legal disposal of damaged material, installation of new beam and rafters, re-decking, removal and legal disposal of old shingles and installation of new shingles with ice and water barriers, removal and legal disposal of old HVAC duct work and installation of new matching HVAC duct work, removal and legal disposal of old fiberglass insulation and installation of new fiber- glass insulation, permit, install, and test new propane from tank to furnace, and removal and replacement of existing 240AC, 60 Amp electric service drop. DCAMM Certification (General Building Construction) required. Project shall be completed in accordance with specifications prepared by MassWildlife for project . The estimated project value is $64,000.00. All bids must be submitted in accor- dance with the contract documents and shall be accom- panied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the value of the bid. Bid deposits, payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Fisheries and Wildlife, shall be in the form of a bid bond or certified, cashier's or treasurer's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. Proposals that do not have the Affidavit (of non-collusion, etc.) properly completed will be declared informal. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 30 39M, c. 149 44A(2)(B), and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149 26 to 27H inclusive. Filed Sub-Bids are not required for this project.
