Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marion, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project will involve stabilizing the Wastewater Treatment Equipment building foundation with push piles or helical piers, replacing the concrete sidewalk, and minor building repairs Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Owner in amount of five percent of Bidder's maximum Bid Price in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Est. Completion Date: Nov. 1, 2024 Pre-Qualification: Yes Question Deadline 08/21/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
