The Town of High Level is tendering vegetation removal/de-sludging of four wastewater lagoon cells. The scope of work is as follows; (Photos Attached) 1. Perimeter vegetation removal and disposal around four anerobic cells 2. Source suitable land for vegetation/sludge materials 3. Mobilization 4. Demobilization 5. All Required pumping, hauling and spreading of 4 anerobic cells 6. Notification to Alberta Environment and Protection (AEP) 7. All Required sampling and testing 8. Subsistence costs to be included in the lump sum bid 9. Final Reporting to the Town of High Level All proposals submitted should assume that: sludge meets land spread requirements. Town of High Level will supply site access and obtain or maintain any required road use agreements prior to contract start date.
