The Town of High Level is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Needs Assessment. This Needs Assessment is crucial for the Town to strategically plan for our future growth and development and will set the stage for updates to various statutory and non-statutory plans. The project will help identify current gaps and opportunities related to High Level's residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, and will ensure that the community can both attract and retain people and businesses. The findings and recommendations of the final deliverables will be used to guide policy changes, municipal investment decisions, and internal resource allocations with the goal of enhancing the community's economic vitality, quality of life, and long-term financial sustainability.
