The Vendor List will be effective May 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2027 The City has identified the need to establish a Vendor List of pre-qualified contractors for the performance of certain carpentry services on an ''as and when requested'' basis throughout Chilliwack, BC. The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify Proponents to be registered to the Vendor List. Routine installation, maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to; Site Preparation; o Site Layout; o Concrete Formwork and Falsework; o Wood or Metal Framing; o Erection and Dismantling of Scaffolding; o Cabinetry Construction and Renovation o Building Stairs and Railings; o Construction of demisable walls o Building Decks and Gazebos; o Interior and Exterior Finishing; o Doorway and Window Alterations o Interior and Exterior Renovations, Planned Upgrades, and Additions; o Conformance to Plans, Specifications, and Building Codes; o Coordinating works and repairs with City tenants and staff while working independently and interdepartmentally across the City's organization
