Amend 4 - quotes due extended 9.11.24 @ 1300 alaska time. see attached. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide inspection, testing, certification, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems and backflow preventers (aka backflow prevention assemblies) to ensure the continuous, safe, and reliable operation of the systems located on the Tongass National Forest (TNF) buildings located in Juneau, Alaska. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective May 22, 2024. Questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted electronically via email to Stacy.Doutt@usda.gov and Raymond.Padgett@usda.gov no later than August 20, 2024, at 1:00 PM (AKST). Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Period of 12-months and 4 Option Periods of 12-months each. See PWS for period of performance.
