Project No: 263-CP17006 The County of Santa Clara (County) has determined that all bidders for the Emergency Department Expansion Project must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid. The County intends to use the list of pre-qualified contractors to bid the Emergency Department Expansion Project for a period of one year from the date of the establishment of the Qualified Bidders List. Notwithstanding, in its sole and absolute discretion the County reserves the right to expand the solicitation to all contractors, conduct another round prequalification, or not pursue the prequalification process. The Prequalification Submittal shall include responses to questions contained in the attached Prequalification Questionnaire, and a notarized statement from the applicant's surety.
