Valley Water has a need for Fire Protection Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance Services, including annual testing, inspections, and preventative maintenance of fire suppression systems, sprinklers, alarms, and hood systems. The remote fire alarm monitoring must comply with NFPA 72. All work is to be performed by a qualified fire system inspection company per the National Fire Protection Association's (NFPA) requirements. When applicable, Contractor shall follow all required regulations concerning lockout/tagout procedures.
