The Work will consist of roofing repair services including but not limited to the removal and installation of different types of roofing; maintenance and/or repair of existing roofing; and installing gutters, downspouts, and drainage. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. CONTRACTORS LICENSING REQUIREMENT Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashiers check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to The County of Santa Clara. The Contractor must possess a C-39 Roofing Contractor's License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15.
