On-Call HVAC Services. Work includes routine & emergency HVAC repairs to heat exchangers, evaporator coils, condensing units, building automation controls, etc. on an as needed basis for one year with two year options to renew. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. These contracts are subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates/Davis Bacon and OSHA Certifications. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities.
