Renovation of a residential development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
A. The Project Coordination Administrator shall be the Owners Project Manager as employed and directed by the Owner. The Contractor shall cooperate fully with the Administrator in allocation of mobilization areas, protection, field offices, storage sheds/areas, traffic and parking facilities. B. Contractor shall coordinate all aspects of the work (including his and any of his subcontractors), including but not limited to: scheduling, submittals, shop drawings, and permitting so as to ensure efficient and orderly sequencing of the construction. The Contractor shall coordinate with the interior renovation Contractor. C. Contractor shall verify that utility requirements of all project related required machinery and equipment are compatible with the building's utilities. Contractor shall coordinate for installing, connecting to, and placing in service, all such required machinery and equipment. D. Contractor shall coordinate completion and clean up of work on a daily basis, including maintaining water-tightness for project duration. The Project consists of: Re-roofing of the existing low-sloped roofing systems utilizing a tear-off application. A new adhered EPDM, roof membrane system (60-mil minimum thickness) is specified. Question Deadline 08/19/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Last Day To Submit Written Questions Centerville Gardens Roof Replacement. Work includes re-roofing of existing low-sloped roofing system with a new EPDM. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149, 44A-J. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. These contracts are subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wages, OSHA Certification and DCAMM Eligibility. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities.
