General Bidders are to be DCAMM certified in Roofing (Prime). The Roofing Contractor shall be the General Contractor. The general scope of the construction work is as follows: Re-roofing of the existing low-sloped roofing systems utilizing a "tear-off" application. A new adhered EPDM, roof membrane system (60-mil minimum thickness) is specified and detailed complete with a manufacturer's 20-year full system warranty. A filed sub-bid for HVAC is also included in this project.
