There will be no further RFIs accepted on this project at this time ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The New Hampshire National Guard is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR 13.5. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision demolish mold contaminated office space. The scope of this work shall include the removal and demolition of 9,000 sqft of drywall; 22,000 sqft of ceiling tiles; 8,500 sqft of carpet; and 2,000 linear feet (lf) of cove base. The contractor shall also provide an option, to be exercised at the Government's discretion, to remove and abate mold in approx. 3000 lif of mold contaminated HVAC duct work. The Government also requests that interested parties provide pricing for removal for mold in the HVAC system of that building as an option (approx. 3,000 linear feet). The contract duration will be 60 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
