Completion time for the project will be 75 days for substantial completion and 90 days for final completion from the date specified on the Notice to Proceed. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of TEN (10%) percent of Bidders maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check or bank money order The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds in the Citys standard format (Section B-3 and B-4 respectively) and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of the Bid.
