The Town of Shelburne is seeking proposals for an outdoor court resurfacing project. PROJECT INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND The Town of Shelburne is seeking bids to provide construction services to renovate Davis Park Courts at 56 School St. The court area currently contains 6 multi-use Tennis/ Pickle ball courts and 1 Basketball court. The project includes resurfacing the court area, and adjusting the layout to 4 Tennis Courts and 6 Pickle ball courts and 1 Basketball Court. New equipment for the Pickle ball courts is also included. This project is intended to be started after school is finished in June 2025 and completed no later than Sept. 30, 2025. Project Timeline: Project site will be available for Contractor to conduct work beginning at earliest date June 16, 2025. Exact start date to be coordinated between Contractor and Town of Shelburne. Work to be completed no later than September 30, 2025.
