GRWSP Priority VI. All questions aboutthe meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Description: This Project is Being Bid as Three Separate Schedules. The First Schedule Includes Bore Underneath Highway 59 and Open Trench Installation to Install a New 6 Water Main to a New Cmu Building That Will Provide Water Service to the Eagle Ridge Mobile Home Park. The Second Schedule Will Construct a New Cmu Building Including a Package Pump Station That Will Provide Water Service to the Peoples Isd. The Third Schedule Will Bore Underneath S Garner Lake Road to a New Cmu Building to Provide Water to the Stroup Mobile Home Park.
