Renovation of an educational facility in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a post-secondary education facility.

Project Description: This project is to repair the facade leaks at the Freedom Tower. This will include any required demo, patch and repair of the existing building envelope. Work Includes: The Project consists of the following Exterior Demolition: 1. The project includes A systematic repair the facade leaks at the Freedom Tower, on the campus of Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. These drawings were developed using the report titled "Leak Investigation" dated February 24, 2023, and the original Construction Drawings dated 6/13/2024. The general scope of work is to remove the existing facade and glazing systems as required to observe and correct the items outlined in the report. We are anticipating additional discoveries as demolition proceeds, and these will be addressed with modifications to the construction documents and must be carefully tracked and reported by the Contractor.
