Renovation of a medical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the Pathology Department currently located on the Level 2 in the 1982 Building of BC Children's Hospital requires access control to 4 doors locations. The scope of work will be the install of card readers to 4 existing door access of the Pathology Department to provide restricted access to the Lab, and the review of existing doors and door frames conditions to remain but also replacing the ones that are necessary to install the required door hardware according to the Building Code. The anticipated timeline to complete this implementation is expected to be 2.5 months from construction start to completion.
