Renovation of a municipal facility in Gaffney, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Gaffney will accept sealed proposals for Visitors Center HVAC replacement in accordance with the attached general specifications. -Job Location 210 W Fredrick Street Gaffney SC 29340 -Remove Current 4 ton-ton split unit and dispose of unit. -Current Unit is a Trane model S4TWR3048A1000AB -Install a new 4-ton Heat Pump split unit -minimum of 14 seers -208/230 single phase -10 kW auxiliary heat strips -Current thermostat and line sets will be used. -Include warranty information in your bid specs (Labor and Material) -Supply all material and accessories to complete install -Test and ensure unit is operating correctly -Remove and dispose of all trash from job site. The City of Gaffney reserves the right to waive any technical requirements and to reject any or all proposals. NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Proposals must be submitted on this form. Proposals made otherwise will be subject to rejection. All taxes and shipping on any item that the City may be required to pay must be shown separately and not included in the price proposal. Construction Cost Range: $5,000.00 to $15,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
