Cherokee County is receiving proposals for Windows and Exterior Doors at Cherokee County Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. The Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and permits (if any are required) to complete the below referenced project based on the following scope of work: 1. Demo and dispose of 13 wood windows and jambs 2. Install 13 new 3/0 x 5/2 white PVC lite windows with GBG insulated glass, argon, synthetic sill and PVC brick mold. 3. Demo one front entry door unit 4. Install one new 1/0 x 3/0 x 1/0 door unit with 6 panel fiberglass door and sidelites on each side of the door. Unit to have PVC brick mold 5. Demo one back exterior door unit 6. Install one new 6 panel 3/0 x 6/8 x fiberglass door unit 7. Install new stain grade trim on all windows and doors, stain and apply two coats of polyurethane finish 8. Paint doors and sidelites 9. Clean up all construction debris 10.
