Pre-Engineered Metal Building. Project Location: Cherokee County, South Carolina Description: The Cherokee County School District is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide and install a pre-engineered metal building. Grade Site for pre-engineered metal building o Grading to include: Foundation Digging and backfill of ditch for power connection. (2) Circuits in PVC 50' underground to feed lights and receptacles Concrete Slab o Pre-engineered Metal Building o Building must be 16 ft. x 20 ft. Building to include: (1) 8 ft. x 8 ft. manual roll up door (1) walkthrough personnel door Insulation to insulate the entire metal building. (2) Strip lights (3) GFI receptacles Wired in MC cable F.O.B.
