Renovation of a military facility in Kingwood, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Provide professional architectural and engineering design services per the attached documentation. The West Virginia Purchasing Division, for the agency, the West Virginia Army National Guard, Construction and Facilities Management Office, is soliciting Expressions of Interest from qualified firms to provide professional design services to develop construction documents to fully renovate and update Building 227 (MCA Laundry facility) and Building 231 (Military Shower House & Laundry facility), on the Camp Dawson garrison, at Camp Dawson, near Kingwood WV, per the attached documentation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
