Renovation of a military facility in Kingwood, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Building 305 Renovations Design-Camp Dawson PURPOSE: The Acquisitions and Contract Administration Section of the Purchasing Division ("Purchasing Division") is soliciting Expression(s) of Interest ("EOI" or "Bids") for the West Virginia Army National Guard, Construction and Facilities Management Office ("Agency"), from qualified firms to provide architectural/engineering services ("Vendors") as defined herein. PROJECT: The purpose of the project for which bids are being solicited is to provide architecture and engineering design services and to provide construction bid documents suitable for advertisement using state purchasing procedures. This project will be located at the Camp Dawson Training Site near Kingwood, WV. Building 305 will be fully renovated and updated for use by the West Virginia National Guard, and meet all current building codes. (Project). The design will be awarded in two (2) phases, Phase 1 will be for Type A and Type B services. Phase 2 will be for Type C services and will be added via change order once the construction contract is awarded.
