This Request for Quotation is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of Winter Maintenance, Snow and Ice Removal of Municipal Transit Bus Stops and the Transit Terminal Building Schedule of Work - The contract season will be from November 1st to April 30th. Mandatory Disclosures Performance Deposit - The Town will require a certified cheque for $5,000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars), to be held throughout the term of each year of the contract. In the event that work has not been completed to the satisfaction of the Town, the Town reserves the right to draw from this deposit to complete work to the requirements stipulated herein. Timeframe for Delivery of Goods or Services, or the Duration of the Contract Three (3) year original term with two (2), one (1) year extensions available.
