This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective respondents to submit proposals for the provision of Old Village Park Cycle Pump Track Design-Build, as further described in the RFP Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The Town of Collingwood proposes to engage the services of an experienced design-build Contractor to construct a custom cycle pump track at Old Village Park, which is an existing community park in the Town of Collingwood, Ontario. The project requires a demonstrated expertise in pump track design and construction for municipalities, including but not limited to public/stakeholder engagement, excavation/grading, stormwater and drainage, and pump track surfacing and features.
