Asphalt Resurfacing Services The scope of work under this contract consists of resurfacing various sections of roads within the Town of Collingwood ( 25 locations). This includes milling and pulverizing, grading, adjustment, driveway entrance modifications, placement of HL4 Asphalt surface and shouldering. Various provisional items are included to provide flexibility.
