This Invitation to Quote is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Provision of Snow Removal Services in Collingwood and the Downtown Area, as further described in the Quote Particulars (the Deliverables). The work will include: The primary objective for this quote is to procure an hourly rate for the provision of snow removal services for Collingwood downtown area and Hume Street from November 1st, of each year to April 30th, of the following year on an as required basis Following each season of winter maintenance, it will be the bidders responsibility to ensure property is returned to its original condition. The bidder will be responsible for any damages to Town property Each quotation must include a $5000 certified cheque for a performance deposit Question Deadline Date: 07/29/2025 02:00:59 PM ET Timeframe for Delivery of Goods or Services, or the Duration of the Contract November 1st-April 30th annually Term of contract 3 years with 2 optional years
