This Invitation To Tender is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit binding bids for the provision of The Reconstruction of St. Paul Street from Ontario Street to Hume Street, and The Reconstruction of Fourth Street from Ste. Marie Street to St. Paul Street St Paul & Fourth Street o 502 m replacement of sanitary sewer and associated services and structures; o 559 m replacement of watermain and services, and hydrant installation; o 609 m replacement of storm sewer and associated structures; o 515 m of road reconstruction to an urban cross section, complete with barrier and mountable curb and gutter and restoration of all associated disturbed areas, including driveways, sidewalks, topsoil, sod and surface elements within the boulevard.
