This Invitation To Tender is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit binding bids for the provision of Third Street Urbanization & Bridge Rehabilitation as further described in the ITT Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The Work generally consists of the reconstruction of approximately 120 m of road which includes replacement of watermain, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and the rehabilitation of the bridge for Third Street between Oak Street and Birch Street within a well established, mature residential neighbourhood for the Town, as is more particularly described in the Bid Documents.
