Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Collingwood proposes to engage the services of an experienced General Contractor to construct a public park north of Huron Street and south of Sidelaunch Way, street address of 12 Sidelaunch Way. The project requires the construction of various outdoor environments to provide social opportunities for residents and visitors of all ages and abilities. The Contractor must have demonstrated experience in municipal parks including grading/earthworks, planter walls, hard and soft landscaping, irrigation, as well as water, storm and electrical infrastructure. The following is a general but not necessarily complete description of the Works to be constructed under this Contract: o Site protection and erosion control o Excavation, grading and earthworks o Landscape boulders o Seating/retaining walls o Culverts and subdrainage o Water service, water bottle refill station, irrigation o Electrical servicing, events pedestal, site lighting o Concrete and interlocking pavers o Site furnishings o Shade structure o Small pedestrian steel bridge o Tree and perennial planting Duration of the Contract December 15, 2025 Documents are available at https://www.biddingo.com/ Question Deadline: 03/31/2025 at 2:00 PM ET
