This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood ("the Town") to prospective respondents to submit proposals for the provision of Geotechnical Review - Inactive Local and Private Waste Management Sites, as further described in the RFP Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The primary purpose of this project is to determine the potential for off-site contaminant migration through an assessment of landfill gas, groundwater and surface water. It is anticipated this project will involve 2 phases: Phase 1 - a desktop investigation and Phase 2 - a full hydrogeological/engineering study as defined in Section 4.5 of the MECP "D-4 Guideline - Land Use on or Near Landfills", if necessary, for each site. The project team must contain at least one Qualified Person, as defined under the Environmental Protection Act Part XV.1 and O.Reg 153/04 Part II, Section 5 Question Deadline Date: 08/28/2025 02:00:59 PM ET
