This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of Inspection and Cleaning Services of Oil Grit Separators (OGS) Devices, as further described in the RFQ Particulars. It is the intent of this contract that the five (5) Town of Collingwood owned Oil Grit Separators be: 1) Inspected and reported on with a recommended course of action as per manufacturer guidelines; and 2) Maintained/cleaned out should the sediment or oil depth exceed manufacturer guidelines; and, if hydrocarbons are found to be present, they are removed and disposed. Timeframe for Delivery of Goods or Services, or the Duration of the Contract The term of the contract is to be for a period of Three (3) years, with an option in favour of the Town to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2), one (1) year terms.
