Quarterly Preventative Pressure Sealing Equipment Maintenance and "As Needed" Repair Services at the EDD facility located at 3704 Parkway Place, West Sacramento, CA 95691. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to provide quarterly preventive maintenance and "as needed" remedial repair services for the pressure sealing equipment at the EDD facility located at 3704 Parkway Place, West Sacramento, CA 95691 in accordance with these Specifications. The Contractor shall install all materials/products per the manufacturer's specifications, and per accepted industry standards. Should there be any errors or omissions in any of the instructions, specifications, or exhibits in regard to materials and or methods recommended, it shall be the Contractor's responsibility to notify the EDD Representative, and upon agreement, use the appropriate materials, method, or process to obtain the intended finished product.
