The County of Santa Clara is requesting bids from vendors to provide Water Softening Solar Salt to the County of Santa Clara's County of Santa Clara Hospital and Health System (CSCHS) and Fleet and Facilities Department (FAF) in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified in this Invitation to Bids (ITB). Please refer to "Specifications and Requirements" document for details. This is an All or None bid. The County's intent is to award a contract with an initial term of three (3) years with County option to renew for two (2) one-year periods Pricing shall be FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed. The quantities indicated are estimates and determined based on County's prior years usage. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the volume, quantities and dollars, to be ordered. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Q & A deadline: Aug 23, 2024 6:00:00 PM EDT
