Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Flat Rock, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Blue Ridge Community College is seeking proposals for a turnkey project inclusive of all labor, materials, traffic control, supervision, disposal fees, permits, inspections to remove the existing brick, install dowel rods between the existing & new concrete, pour concrete, stamp concrete to mimic the appearance of the existing brick on the walkways located at the Killian building on the campus of Blue Ridge Community College. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed. The State reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in bids received. Written question must be submitted by the deadline for Vendor questions. Written questions should reference the project name Killian Building Concrete and Brick Walkway Repairs and be emailed to: Sharon Howell Sb_howell@blueridge.edu Submit Written Questions Vendor September 6 th by 4:00 PM Provide Response to Questions State September 9 th by 5:00 PM
