Gila County is requesting bids from qualified Contractors for the Campaign Creek Post Fire Project-Demolition of 10 Homes Project consists of a contractor for the Campaign Creek Post-Fire Project-Demolition of 10 Homes. The purpose of this project is to safely and efficiently remove the existing structures and clear the sites. All work shall be done from the street side of the properties. Equipment and debris are not allowed in Campaign Creek. Project Overview: This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines tasks and responsibilities involved in the demolition of up to 10 residential homes and associated outbuildings situated on 12 individual parcels to mitigate flood hazards associated with Campaign Creek. The subject properties have withstood repetitive damage due to flooding. It is expected that most of the properties will be available by December of 2024. Estimated Completion Date: 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
