Site work and renovation of a stadium in Globe, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and for the renovation of a stadium.
This document provides the specifications and scope of work for procuring a mobile event stage to support concerts and other community events. The mobile stage must meet or exceed the following criteria to ensure functionality, safety, and versatility. Vendors must clearly indicate compliance with each specification and propose any optional features that enhance the stage's capabilities. Vendors must also provide detailed specification sheets and high-quality photos of the proposed stage. Questions received after 3:00 P.M., Thursday, January 9, 2025, will not be answered. Any questions regarding this request for bids shall be submitted in writing and directed to: Betty Hurst, Contracts Administrator, at bhurst@gilacountyaz.gov. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid, or to waive any informality in any bid, or to withhold the award if deemed in the best interest of Gila County. All procurement activities conducted by Gila County are in conformance with the rules and regulations of the Gila County Procurement Code.
