The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid, or to waive any informality in any bid, or to withhold the award if deemed in the best interest of Gila County. All procurement activities conducted by Gila County are in conformance with the rules and regulations in the Gila County Procurement Code. A copy of the code is available for review in the Clerk of the Board's office, Globe, Arizona.
