If you have been invited to bid on this project by the owner, please notify our editorial staff at contentcase@constructconnect.com. Nothing stated herein or attached shall bind SWVRJA to purchase any specified amount of the product or products. Further, acceptance of an offeror's quotation will not require the SWVRJA's purchase of all listed items or services. Any additional issues that arise related to this project will be negotiated. The Offeror shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, material and incidentals necessary to repair the kitchen flooring at the Haysi Regional Jail. All given measurements shall be verified by interested offerors. Kitchen floor area is approximately 3,200 square feet. Below are two (2) options. Please provide pricing for both options. Also attached is a diagram of the kitchen area.
