Installation: Securely install the sign on the westbound side of the overpass at 2000 E 5th Ave. Ensure the installation meets all safety and structural standards. Painting: Paint both westbound and eastbound side of the overpass on 12/20. Use weather-resistant and durable paint suitable for outdoor use.
