Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Munster, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of watermain installation, storm sewer improvements, sanitary sewer improvements, pavement milling, subbase repair, concrete curb replacement, sidewalk and curb ramp removal and replacement, asphalt paving, and striping. COMPLETION DATE: This work shall be substantially completed by October 31st, 2025, and fully completed by November 30th, 2025. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check or cashiers check made payable to the Town of Munster or an acceptable Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana. BONDS: Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. The Town of Munster reserves the right to retain any and all bids for a period of not more than 60 days and said bids shall remain in full force and effect during said time.
