Munster High School - 2024 Renovations - Area M & P 8808 Columbia Avenue, Munster, IN 46321 All work for the complete construction of the project will be under multiple subcontracts with the Construction Manager based on bids received from pre-qualified tier 1 bidders. Award of contracts will be in accordance with Indiana Public Bidding laws. All Tier 1 bidders must request an invitation to prequalify, submit and complete the Pre-qualification process prior to bid submission deadline. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) % of the amount of the Bid, must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner and the Construction Manager reserve their rights to accept or reject any bid (or combination of bids) and to waive any irregularities or omissions in bidding.
