Construction of an Operations and Maintenance Facility for the Williamsburg Area Transit Authority. This project was previously solicited with no responding bidders. WATA intends to re-bid this project and would like to hear from the vendor community on how it can increase the likelihood of qualified vendors bidding on this project. Your expertise in the construction field is invaluable as we strive to develop a comprehensive and achievable project scope. The Scope of Work (SOW) Overview, below, outlines the project's overall objectives, deliverables, and expected outcomes. Additionally, the original Technical Specifications Manual, original Drawings, and Amendments to the original Technical Specifications Manual and Drawings are attached for your reference. We invite you to review the documents and provide your comments and suggestions. Your feedback will be instrumental in refining the SOW to ensure it accurately reflects industry standards, best practices, and potential challenges. Questions relating to this RFI shall be addressed to Jessica Yost, via email: jessica.yost@jamescitycountyva.gov. Questions are requested by August 12 to ensure time to provide responses. Responses to questions will be posted via an addendum to this RFI on the James City County electronically
